Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket or making a reservation for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Sales

• All tickets are final sale.

• Tickets are non-refundable.

2. Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. We do not share your personal information with any third-party companies.

• Once the event has concluded, your information will be securely shredded or permanently deleted.

3. Photography & Media

• We reserve the right to take photos and/or video during the event for promotional and social media purposes.

• If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please notify us before the show begins so we can seat you at a table positioned to minimize your inclusion in event photography.

Reservation Policy

• Booking Window: Online reservations open 90 days prior to the event date.

• Booking Method: All reservations must be made exclusively through the “Reservations” tab on our website. Please note that we cannot accept reservations over the phone and will not answer emails requesting specific tables.

• Access Code: To book your date, you must use the unique special code sent to you via email.

• One Reservation Per Party: In order to accommodate as many guests as possible, we strictly enforce a limit of one reservation per party.

  Note: Please coordinate with your group to ensure only one person attempts the booking. This prevents duplicate reservations and system errors.

• Adding Guests: When completing your reservation, you will have the option to add additional guests ("joiners") to your table.

• Check-in & Cut-Off: Reserved seating is held until 6:00 PM. If your party has not arrived by this time, the table will be released and seating will become first-come, first-served.scription
